We then look to establish a relationship with the grower and exporter of that coffee. We believe that where such a relationship exists, quality, quantity and price requirements can be discussed in an open and equal way. We see this as sustainable, fair and equal trade. Full and sweet with fruity length and cocoa aftertaste. Our organic espresso is a combination of our certified coffees from Kaffa Forest (Ethiopia), Granja La Esperanza (Colombia) and Finca de Froilan Quispe (Bolivia).
SHIBUI LOOSE LEAF TEAS – SCOTLAND
We are a family run business – together with over 35 years of experience in the industry – with our head office split between the UK and Canada. Two brothers run the operation – John in the UK and Paul in Canada.
Our teas are sourced from all over the world, primarily from China, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Africa, and Taiwan. Our locations in both the UK and Canada give us the ability to effectively service both the European and North American market places.

Bread is an important part of Russian and Lithuanian culture. We start with rye, a staple European grain, we use all natural ingredients, no preservatives and no additives. It’s a process that demands care and time: some of our bread takes ten times longer to make than an ordinary loaf, and that’s a difference you can taste.

PEELHAM FARM – SCOTLAND
The partnership has brought a creative vision to farming, loving and trusting Peelham; with their respective backgrounds in Landscape Ecology and Agricultural Economics Denise and Chris came with new ideas and methods, and together with Amanda and her wisdom the partnership have an energy to realise the opportunities in these ideas. Chris is managing partner with responsibility for the farm and Denise is managing partner responsible for the butchery and food. In practice there is alot of overlap between the farm and the butchery with the partners sharing jobs and challenges and solutions and many-a-laugh (and the odd cry!!)
The partnership believe that people are the most valuable resource to any business and are so lucky to have a great and dedicated team of skilled people around them (and fun too!!)

We look after some of Essex’s best establishments and are really be proud to be asked to get involved with Organic Kitchen. We provided the tableware, cutlery, refrigeration and cooking equipment and are looking forward to seeing the Organic Kitchen name grow in the future.
